Giant Noble Spinach is a large leaf variety with plants that can reach about 25 in. wide. It is cold hardy and can be planted as soon as the soil is workable. This spinach is very flavorful and can be used in salads and a wide variety of dishes. For best results plant in the early spring and allow about 6 hours of sunlight.
