Early Snowball cauliflower is a tender crips variety well suited for salads, sautés, and roasting. This cauliflower produces medium sized, 6-to-7"-inch, heads with white curds. It is cold hardy and can be overwintered in warmer regions. For best results allow 6 to 12 hours of sunlight. Approx. 60 to 85 days to maturity.
