Jamaican Scotch Bonnet
The Scotch Bonnet Pepper is a gem from Jamaica, this pepper is fruity and full bodied. It is commonly used in many Caribbean dishes. The Scotch Bonnet is a thick-walled pepper which makes it perfect for long cooking times and making jerks and curries. It is also pretty spicy is 100,000 to 350,000 on the Scoville chart.
