This variety forms tight heads which are 15" long and about 7" wide. At full maturity, they can weigh up to 3 or 4 pounds. For best results start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost. Then harden them off after the last frost, before planting outdoors. Replant in the mid-summer for a fall harvest. For best results allow 6 to 12 hours of sunlight. Approx. 60 to 75 days to maturity.
