The Costata Romanesco is an Italian variety summer squash.  It has a sweet nutty flavor, and a firm texture.  It is great for roasting, stuffing, or sautéing.  For best results plant after the last frost.  8 to 12 hours of sunlight is recommended.  Approx. 50 to 60 days to maturity.
