Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach
Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is a culinary favorite, it tastes great in salads, in sautés, and in smoothies. It is also known for its tremendous nutritional value. This variety does better than most spinach varieties in hotter months, however it grows best when planted in cooler months. For best results plant in early spring or late summer for a fall harvest. 3 to 10 hours of sunlight is recommended. Approx. 50 days to maturity, although it can be harvested earlier.
