Milk Bok Choy
Milk Bok Choy is a smaller variety of Bok Choy but is packed full of nutrients. Bok Choy is exceedingly popular in Asian dishes, and is high in vitamins A, C, K. This super food is a gardener's favorite. For best results start seeds inside in early spring and plant outside after the last frost while temperatures are still cool. Starting them towards the end of summer for a fall crop is acceptable as well. Bok Choy is a cold hardy vegetable. Allow 4 to 6 hours of sunlight. Approx. 30 days to maturity.
