The Poblano is a mild chili pepper (1,000 to 1,500 SHU) that originates from Puebla Mexico. When it is dried it is also called an ancho chili. The Poblano pepper is commonly stuffed in Mexican cuisine, or dried and for later use. This pepper grows best in warmer temperatures. For best results 8 to 12 hours of sunlight is recommended. Approx. 70 days to maturity.
