Zebrune Shallot Onion
The Zebrune Shallot has a mild, sweet, onion, and garlic flavor. This shallot can be eaten raw as well as sautéed in a stir fry. Starting indoors 8 to 12 weeks before the last frost, then transplant outdoors is recommended. For best results allow 6 to 12 hours of sunlight. Approx. 100 days to maturity.
